Joseph Ehrlich
Mr. Ehrlich has extensive experience in business and commercial litigation, as well as the preparation of various business-related contracts and agreements.
Mr. Ehrlich’s areas of litigation experience include: employment law; ADA issues; real estate and construction claims; intellectual property (copyright, trademark, trade secret); partnership and corporate disputes; hospitality law (including hotel, restaurant and resort litigation); securities litigation defense; mass tort litigation; and administrative matters by governmental agencies.
Mr. Ehrlich has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating business transaction documents such as leases, employment agreements, severance/separation agreements, licensing agreements, technology sharing agreements, and contracts of every nature.
Mr. Ehrlich represents a number of insurance companies and third party administrators with a specialization in construction defects cases, environmental cases, as well as general tort defense.
Mr. Ehrlich also has extensive experience involving timeshare, membership camping and fractionalized ownership matters and issues.

Mark R. Meyer
Mark Meyer handled civil litigation for businesses and individuals in state and federal courts on a wide range of issues, including contracts, real property, commercial leases, partnership disputes, torts, successor liability, class actions, employment, construction, administrative and writ proceedings, anti-trust, and public contract bidding.
Mark reviewed contracts and other business transactions with an eye towards avoiding issues that may lead to litigation in the future.
