Specializations

Mr. Ehrlich has extensive experience in business and commercial litigation, as well as the preparation of various business-related contracts and agreements.


Mr. Ehrlich’s areas of litigation expertise include: employment law (including wrongful termination); ADA issues; real estate and construction claims; intellectual property (including copyright and trademark); partnership and corporate disputes; hospitality law (including hotel, restaurant and resort litigation); securities litigation defense; mass tort litigation; and administrative matters by governmental agencies (such as the Attorney General, etc.).


Mr. Ehrlich has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating business transaction documents such as leases, employment agreements, severance/separation agreements, licensing agreements, technology sharing agreements, and contracts of every nature.


Mr. Ehrlich represents a number of insurance companies and third party administrators with a specialization in construction defects cases, environmental cases, as well as general tort defense.  Further, Mr. Ehrlich was lead counsel for the leading manufacturer in mass tort litigation involving polybutylene tubing.


Mr. Ehrlich also has extensive experience involving timeshare, membership camping and fractionalized ownership matters and issues.
